  Was told that I would have to wait 2-3 days for a prescription that was sent to them three weeks prior. Not sure about anyone else, but I find this to be unacceptable. My recommendation would be to take your prescription business somewhere else who takes their job seriously.

  Late last evening i overstretched the muscles in my back causing great pain.The next day being a sunday i needed a lumbar support belt. My wife called Mr T.J.Hall , the pharmacist at this rite Aid pharmacy. He very quickly told us of the lumbar belts that were available and the costs of each one. we agreed to meet immediately. He personally took us the lumbar support belt section and took the various belts out of the boxes for us. After a short time we found a belt that suited me perfectly. He helped fit the belt which was a little complicated but perfect for what we required. at age 85, i should know better that to lift a fax machine while making a sudden left rotational turn. However, at 85 years of age i do know kindness, professionalism and helpfulness. That is exactly what Mr Hall provided for my wife and myself.
